Sons of Martha
Formed in 2023, Sons of Martha are an indie rock band channeling notes of R.E.M., The Smiths, and the Go Betweens, but with a definite hard edge. Featuring singer-songwriter, Josh Beach on vocals, Tim Buckland (formerly of the Domino State) on guitar, Ste Morgan (formerly in Manfat Voodoo and Peyote Rai) playing wonderful bass lines, King Otto on keys, and Steven Spencer on drums.
Underground Sound wrote of the band;

The debut show was at the Waiting Room in Stoke Newington in November 2023 – a fantastic sell-out night in a fabulous room. With a growing body of work, and new dates coming up in the summer, Sons of Martha look forward to seeing your beautiful faces in the crowd soon. x
